Thank you for choosing to book with Orihuela Holidays. We look forward to welcoming to our Villa's. By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our Terms and Conditions of booking below.
Please refer to the holiday of your preference on what is included in the price. Spirits are extra on all packages
Booking Confirmation & Deposit
A non refundable deposit of £100 per person is required before your reservation can be confirmed as a booking. Deposits can be paid by credit card over the phone (3% charge may apply)/paypal/bank transfer. All bookings will be confirmed by email or if preferred by post. Should you wish to discuss any of your aspect of your booking please do not hesitate to call us and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements.
Cancellation & Insurance
By making this booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.
If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.
For cancellations made up to 7 days before your booked stay you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time, or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. We will exercise this right at our discretion.
If we do succeed in re-letting your booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a 2% administration fee.
If you need to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible, without loss of your original deposit. Please contact us to discuss.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to find you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this point.
Your accommodation will be available to you on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
It is much appreciated if you will confirm you flight details with us once you have booked your travel. This can be sent by email or contact us by phone.
Please vacate your room one hour before your departure to the Airport. The facilities of the villa will still be available to you until your departure.Please remember you have to be at the airport 2 hours before your flight departs. We will confirm to you the day before your departure the time for leaving for the airport.
The balance of your payment is required in full 8 weeks before your booking. Unless you have booked less than 4 weeks before your departure the full balance of the holiday is required.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our Villa's. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our Computer. With your permission we may from time to time contact your about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
